Adult steelhead fishing workshop Nov. 8 – Join the NW Steelheaders and ODFW to learn where to find and how to catch these elusive fish. The focus will be on three popular bank fishing techniques. Oregon Game Fall FishingTrophy trout for fall fishing – Fall stocking continues with several lakes and ponds getting trophy size trout. Combine this with cooler fall temperatures and you’ve got a recipe for some great fishing. Check out the zone reports for specific locations. Deer hunting continues – Rainy and cooler weather should help hunters. Cascade elk season ends Oct. 24 and deer season reopens in Cascades.
