The Coos Bay Public Library will join hundreds of libraries throughout the country on November 15, 2014 for a celebration of gaming in libraries – International Games Day @ your library. Like many other libraries across the country and around the world, the Coos Bay Public Library will offer special gaming programs and events suitable for the whole family. The library’s celebration of International Games Day will feature dozens of board games for players of all ages, including life-sized versions of two favorite games. This free event will take place Saturday, November 15th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. No registration is required. International Games Day @ your library is an international initiative supported by the American Library Association, the Australian Library and Information Association, and Nordic Game Day.
