According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Nov. 23, 4:14 p.m., 1020 So. 1st St., Fred Meyer, “shoplifter in custody,” 27-year old Thomas Phillips arrested on charges of Theft III and Probation Violation.
