The American Civil War Course Offered at Southwestern, Dec. 9

Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Community Education Department is offering “The American Civil War” during winter term. The course for winter term will examine the most interesting battles and generals of the Civil War, with emphasis on Gettysburg, Chancellorsville, Manassas, etc. Previous knowledge of the Civil War is not required. Class will meet for 11 weeks from January 6 to March 17, 2015.
