Booster Clubs
The North Bend and Marshfield booster clubs meet today at noon. The Bulldog supporters will gather in the high school’s Hall of Champions, while the Pirate backers meet at Abby’s Pizza in Coos Bay. Both meetings are open to those interested in local high school sports.

North Bend’s girls went on the road Tuesday night to Sweet Home and beat the Huskies 50-32. The Bulldogs (3-5) are scheduled to play Elmira at home tonight, 7 p.m.

The NBHS girl’s swim team took first place at the Lebanon Dual meet last Friday. 1st place ribbons went to: Cassie Dallas 200 & 500 yard freestyle; Hailey Hyde 50 yard freestyle; and Dallas, Vianka Hoyer, Alyssa Monohon & Alyssa Bennett in the 200 yard freestyle relay. The boys team placed 2nd overall with the following 1st place finishers: Mitchell Yost, Matthew Perry, Danny Woodruff & Karl Stuntzner-Gibson in the 200 yard medley relay; Stuntzner-Gibson 200 IM and 100 yard butterfly. The boys and girls swim teams also competed and captured 1st place overall at the Lebanon Invitational last Saturday. First place finishers included: 200 yard medley relay and 400 yard freestyle relay team of Zaraya Estrada, Cassie Dallas, Vianka Hoyer & Alyssa Bennett; 200 IM Cassie Dallas; 100 yard butterfly Vianka Hoyer; 500 yard freestyle Liliana Bennett; 100 yard breaststroke Cassie Dallas. Karl Stuntzner-Gibson took 1st place in the 200 and 500 yard freestyle.
