CB Tree Board Meeting, Jan. 12

The Coos Bay Tree Board will meet on Monday, January 12, 2015, noon, City Hall Manager’s Conference Room. Public comments limited to 10 minutes. AGENDA: Call to Order – Roll Call – Approval of the December 4th Minutes; Citizen Input / Public Comment – OLD BUSINESS – **Update for 1010 Hemlock – Roy & Christine Rickman – eastside of 10th (north of Hemlock Ave) request thinning and limbing of trees in ROW to permit wind variance and view of bay (10th & Hemlock). Letter sent out to property owner on December 16th as the City Manager brought to our attention that the property owner is asking for the height of the Laurel hedge brought down to 6ft. The hedge is on the regular rotation schedule for the streets and maintenance program. No further action; New Business – Development of New Tree List / Street-Tree Plan; Empire Blvd Project – Three (3) Tree Removals; Request for Removal – N/A; Board Member Comments; Meeting will adjourn at 1:00 p.m.
