According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Jan. 23, 10:24 a.m., “subject turned himself in on warrants,” 29-year old Jacob Andrew Lyson, Coos Bay, taken into custody on Lake Co. Sheriff’s Office warrant charging DUII; also, Valley Co. Sheriff’s Office Idaho Warrant charging Probation Violation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Accident
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Jan. 23, 12:38 p.m., Virginia & Ash, “officer advised traffic accident, male driver fled scene on foot.” The black Honda Civic was impounded and a passenger was transported by ambulance to BAH. A Probable Cause arrest was put out on 22-year old Skyler Waldrop, North Bend, charging: Failure to Perform Duties of Driver; Assault III; Interfere with Police Officer; and, Probation Violation.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Jan. 23, 2:42 p.m., 800 block State St., “RP reported someone broke into her rental residence, Report taken Burglary I, Burglary II, Theft I & Theft II. “Value $2,000.”
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Jan. 23, 8:51 p.m., Broadway & Virginia, “traffic stop,” 43-year old Michael R. Gile, North Bend, charged with DUII, PCS Meth and Marijuana. Also warned for six-counts of Failure to Maintain Lane and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Jan. 24, 9:58 a.m., 1600 block Virginia, “officer observed wanted subject at location,” 27-year old Jacob Clarence Cooper, North Bend, arrested on two NBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Interfere with Police and Carry Concealed Weapon. Also, Failure to Appear II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Subject ran possibly south, possibly got into a vehicle, unknown. Info to officers, officers unable to locate the subject.”
