Oregon DEQ, Public Notices, Roseburg Forest Products, Coquille. DEQ is a leader in restoring, maintaining and enhancing the quality of Oregon’s air, land and water. Public Notice – DEQ requests comments on Roseburg Forest Products, Coquille proposed air quality permit The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality invites the public to submit written comments on the conditions of the Roseburg Forest Product, Coquille Plywood proposed Air Quality permit, known officially as a Title V operating permit. Summary – DEQ proposes to issue a significant modification to the Oregon Title V Operating Permit for the Roseburg Forest Products, Coquille plywood facility. The company proposes to add a natural gas burner to Boiler 1. If operated a significant amount of the time, this change has the potential to reduce overall emissions of all regulated pollutants at the facility, except for VOCs. However, the company may continue to completely operate the boiler on hog fuel, in which case the Plant Site Emission Limits would not change from current values. How do I participate?
