According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, March 8, 2:49 p.m., Virginia & Harrison, “traffic stop,” driver cited for DWS Violation and Driving Uninsured, also warned for Failure to signal Turn & No Safety Belt. “Vehicle secured on scene.” Passenger, 20-year old Frankie Lee Hughes, of California, taken into custody on California DOJ warrant charging Parole Violation, and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Marijuana. Marijuana pipe seized for destruction.” Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
