Southwestern’s Small Business Development Center Presents: Business Skills to Thrive Boom or Bust workshop , March 11

Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Small Business Development Center (Southwestern SBDC) is offering an interactive workshop entitled Business Skills to Thrive Boom or Bust, March 11, 2015 at Southwestern Oregon Community College. The Jordan Cove energy project is on everyone’s mind. Business people are asking, “How do I prepare for the opportunities and mitigate the business risks LNG will bring to the bay area?” This workshop is designed to prepare businesses to take advantage of the economic growth during the construction phase and prepare for the anticipated downturn when the building project comes to a close. The information provided is relevant for any business facing change, opportunity or decline. Developing a strategic plan including goals and action steps is important for all businesses to thrive.
