Oregon State Library Board, March 20

The Oregon State Library Board of Trustees will meet in Salem at the Salem Public Library on March 20, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Aletha Bonebrake of Baker City will chair the meeting. At the meeting on March 20th, the Board will hear a report on “Libraries of Oregon” and will discuss proposed changes to OAR 543. An open forum is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Anyone may address the Board on any topic at the open forum. A public hearing on proposed changes to OAR 543 is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. More information about the proposed changes to OAR 543 is at: http://www.oregon.gov/osl/Pages/Proposed-Rulemaking-Hearing-Information.aspx Sign language interpretation will be provided for the public if requested prior to 48 hours before the meeting; notice prior to 72 hours before the meeting is preferred.
