Bolden Named to Watch List
Oregon State wide receiver Victor Bolden has been named to the Biletnikoff Award watch list. A junior from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Bolden has made 13 starts in his career and led the Beavers with 72 receptions covering 798 yards in 2014. He added 118 rushing yards and performed as a punt returner in a multi-purpose role. He is a preseason Pac-12 all-conference selection by Athlon Sports. The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the outstanding receiver in college football. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award. Oregon State is one of two schools to have two different receivers earn the prestigious award with Mike Hass honored in 2005 and Brandin Cooks in 2013.

Marshall on Watch List
The Byron Marshall experiment at receiver is clearly no longer an experiment. Marshall, who rushed for 1,038 yards as a sophomore before changing positions and leading the Ducks in receiving last fall, was named Wednesday to the preseason watch list for the Biletnikoff Award. The honor is bestowed upon the nation’s best receiver and sponsored by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation. As a junior in 2014, Marshall caught 74 passes for 1,003 yards, becoming the first player in UO history to post 1,000-yard seasons both as a rusher and receiver. He was named honorable mention all-conference by Pac-12 coaches. Marshall is one of six Pac-12 receivers on the Biletnikoff preseason watch list, which also includes Donovan Harden of Georgia State, who will play at Autzen Stadium this fall. The list will be cut to 10 semifinalists on Nov. 16 and three finalists on Nov. 24, before the winner is announced Dec. 9 at the Home Depot College Football Awards Show.
