According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, July 23, 11 p.m., 600 block Virginia Ave., “Officer out with subject passed out on bench in front of location,” 24-year old Ben Simpson, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interfering. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

BB Guns
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, July 25, 1:31 p.m., 2100 block Madrona St., “neighbor shot crow. Officer responded/subject advised he attempted to shoot 2 crows with a BB gun by missed. Was warned about city ordinance violation of discharging guns in city limits.”

Disorderly
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, July 25, 2:05 p.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “several reports of male subject screaming and scaring people at the library. Subject left on foot while RP was on phone. Another 911 report. Male now on NB Boardwalk/still yelling.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North bend Police log for Saturday, July 25, 5:26 p.m., “Jackson County Jail reported involved party/Hothan, Lucas 22 of Medford turned himself in,” on NBPD warrant charging Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Unlawful Possession of Meth.
