According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 31, 10:59 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “suspicious subjects in the parking,” 25-year old Robyn L. Culley charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 31, 6:23 p.m., “Grants Pass PD served North Bend PD 3 valid warrants,” on 21-yea rold India Kia Nicholas, Glendale, charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Gambling II and False Info to Police. Also cited for Failure to Appear on original charge of Failure to Appear II and Failure to Appear II.
Driver
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 31, 8 p.m., McCullough Bridge, “Report of possible intoxicated driver. RP advised vehicle all over roadway, driver flipping people off, making gun signs with his hands. Taking both hands off wheel and sticking them out the window and sunroof. Attempt to located sent countywide. OSP located and stopped the vehicle in Lakeside.”
