Booster Clubs
The Marshfield and North Bend booster clubs meet today at noon. The Pirates will gather at Abby’s Pizza in Coos Bay and the Bulldogs meet in the high school’s Hall of Champions. Both meetings are open to those interested in Bay Area prep sports.

Saturday, Oct 31 – Cross Country: Varsity @ Lane Community College, OSAA 4A State Championships; tba, Volleyball: OSAA First Round playoff at MHS.

Pirate FB Prices Adjusted
Marshfield Athletic Director Greg Mulke has changed the price of Friday’s football general admission tickets to $6 adults, $4 students, Reserved is still $10.
NB Football
Bulldog Football will host a Playoff Game on Friday, November 6th. Reserved seat customers may claim their seats next Tuesday through Thursday (November 3-November 5) at $8 each. Unclaimed seats will be available to the public Friday November 6 after 8:00am. General Admission tickets may be purchased in advance: Adults $6/Students $4. No passes accepted.
OSAA vb
Both Siuslaw and Douglas were eliminated from the OSAA volleyball playoffs with losses Tuesday night during the 4A “Play-In” round. The Trojans fell at Tillamook 3-0, and the Vikings dropped a home match to Cottage Grove 3-2. On Saturday, South Umpqua was dropped 3-0 at Corbett. Only Marshfield remains in the playoffs from the Far West League. The Pirates will host Junction City on Saturday in Coos Bay.
OSAA sc
Marshfield’s boys soccer team, the No. 3 team from the Far West League, will play at Junction City in a 4A “Play-In” match by Saturday, Oct. 31. Also from the Far West League, No. 2 seed Brookings-Harbor hosts Newport, and No. 1 seed North Bend has a bye. On the girl’s side, North Bend has a bye, while Douglas plays at Gladstone and Junction City visits Brookings-Harbor.
