The North Bend City Council will hold a work session on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 835 California Street, North Bend. The work session will include: • Discussions regarding Nuisance: Rapid Growth Nutrients, 600 Chappell Parkway; • Executive Session: Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
