According to Sergeant Jeff Proulx at 4:28 PM on November 9, 2015 Oregon State Troopers (OSP) responded to a single vehicle fatal crash on I-5 near milepost (MP)6. Preliminary details indicate a Toyota pick-up was traveling northbound on I-5 when the male driver lost control of the vehicle. The pick-up went off the roadway and rolled several times. The female passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene. The male driver was reported to not have sustained injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and the names of the driver and deceased are expected to be released on November 10, 2015.
