Coast Guard receives application from City of Salem to construct pedestrian/bicycle bridge across Willamette Slough, Feb. 3

The 13th Coast Guard District received an application from the City of Salem, Jan. 30, 2014, proposing the construction of a pedestrian/bicycle bridge across the Willamette Slough between Minto Island and Riverfront Park in downtown Salem.
