A deceased Grey Whale that washed up on a Bandon beach Friday, May 13, was buried in the sand Saturday. Described as a juvenile Grey Whale, it was found between Devil’s Kitchen and China Creek. A marine biologist from Newport took samples and offered that it most likely died from an attack of killer whales, or Orcas.
