Douglas County Law Enforcement Officers will participate locally in a memorial ceremony, held in honor of those who have given their lives in the performance of their duties. Date: Tuesday, May 17, 2016; Time: 0900 hours; Location: Douglas County Courthouse, front steps, 1036 SE Douglas Avenue, Roseburg, Oregon. Scheduled speakers include: Sheriff John Hanlin, Commissioner Susan Morgan and Douglas County District Attorney Rick Wesenberg. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes. The media and public are invited to attend.
