The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department’s (OPRD) All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Advisory Grant Subcommittee will hold a meeting to review several ATV grant applications from 2:30-5:00 p.m. on April 10. The meeting is in room 124A at OPRD headquarters, 725 Summer Street NE, Salem. The subcommittee will review grant requests for ATV planning, development and law enforcement projects. The grant subcommittee will provide recommendations on grant funding to the OPRD director for referral to the Oregon Parks and Recreation Commission. The ATV Grant Program provides funding statewide for off-highway vehicle (OHV) recreation. Grant funds come from ATV user permit sales and a percentage of gasoline tax money.
