OSP is seeking any information from victims or witnesses to a reckless driving incident occurring at around 8:30 pm on May 1, 2017. The incident occurred on I-5 south of Albany in the northbound lanes. A black Chevy Silverado was reported to have been driving at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner, forcing a dark colored Toyota Prius and a white Chevy Silverado off the roadway.
