He was dumping out the water on the side of the building for deposit. RP advised him she would not take back the bottles.” Subject cited for Criminal Trespass, “warned for Disorderly Conduct and reminded of Trespass from location.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, May 4, 8:30 p.m., 1900 block Union Ave., “Tiny’s Tavern request male transient be trespassed from location, currently laying in front of the door. Officers respond,” 57-year old Charles Duane Knaus, North Bend, cited for Criminal Trespass II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
