Subject released from NBPD, vehicle secured on scene.”

Officer located 3 subjects camping in bathrooms. Female cited in lieu of custody,” 49-year old Anita J. Vagallos, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II. “Female and second male subject were warned for Offensive Littering, male subject also permanently trespassed from all City Parks. First male subject warned for Criminal Trespass, courtesy teletype sent to his PO, all subjects left upon request.”
