According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, June 29, 9 p.m., Hwy. 101, mp 234, “three males walking up bridge, holding bottle up in the air,” 42-year old Jesse Grogan, Brookings, arrested on charge of Criminal Trespass I, Disorderly Conduct, and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
