Public Comments; 2. Consent Calendar; Approval of the minutes of June 20, 2017;       Acceptance of the May Combined Cash Report; Acceptance of the June Combined Cash Report; 3. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for City Entrances by Public Works & Community Development Director Jim Hossley; 4. Approval of Conditional Offer to Purchase Real Estate; 5. An Executive Session will be Held Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (e) for the Purpose of Discussing Real Property Transactions; 6. Adjourn.
