News release City of Coos Bay. The City of Coos Bay authorized Billeter Marine, LLC to perform a sanitary and storm sewer line replacement project located in the alley west of Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 (between North 6th Street and North 8th Street). On September 8, 2017, the crew will begin saw-cutting the road, and the construction is scheduled from September 11th to October 9th from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Only one lane of traffic will be open during construction hours; and unfortunately, there will be no parking allowed within the project limits. The road will be open at the end of each day after 6:00 pm and during the weekend. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to please exercise caution within the construction zone.
