Quakes, March 27

A couple of earthquakes jolted the northern and southern ends of two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Wednesday, March 26 and early Thursday, March 27. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.5-magnitude quake occurred at 3:56 p.m., 99-miles south of Masset, Canada. A 2.7-magnitude also occurred at 12:45 a.m., Thursday, 27-miles southeast of Arcata, in Northern California.
