On November 29th, 2017, DINT served a search warrant at the residence of Danny Enos, and Lacie Yarbery, in the 100-block of Mountain View Avenue, Myrtle Creek, Oregon. Members of DINT had been conducting an investigation into the suspected drug activities taking place at the residence. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office as well as DINT had received numerous complaints of drug related activity there for an extended period of time. The investigation led to the issuance of a search warrant for the residence which was served in the afternoon hours of November 29th. 11 people were found at the residence. DINT located various types of drug contraband, and seized several grams of each, methamphetamine and heroin. This residence is located within 1,000 feet of two schools, South Umpqua High School, and Tri-City Elementary. DINT was assisted by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon State Police. The following persons were arrested and lodged in the Douglas County Jail: Enos, Danny Joe (age 54 of Myrtle Creek): Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; Unlawful Possession of Heroin (2 counts); Unlawful Delivery of Heroin; Unlawful Delivery of Heroin within 1,000′ of a School. Yarbery, Lacie Marie (age 39 of Myrtle Creek): Unlawful Possession of Heroin (2 counts); Unlawful Delivery of Heroin (2 counts); Unlawful Delivery of Heroin within 1000′ of a School (2 counts). Hopkins, Vanessa Rebecca (age 20 of Tri-City): Unlawful Possession of Heroin (2 counts); Unlawful Delivery of Heroin; Unlawful Delivery of Heroin within 1000′ of a School.
