News release SWOCC. The Tutoring Program at Southwestern has just been recognized as an internationally certified program through the College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA). This certification provides recognition and positive reinforcement for tutors’ successful work, sets professional standards of skill and training for tutors, and augments program credibility for administrators. TRIO is a federally funded program that promotes and assists students transferring to a four-year university.
