According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Thursday, Feb. 1, 8:44 a.m., 1900 block Monroe St., 54-year old male reported “found mail.  Secured for safe keeping.”

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Feb. 1, 12:58 p.m., 1300 block Harrison St., “probation violation, officer out with male,” 37-year old Seth Dylan Moell charged with Probation Violation, transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Wanted
According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Thursday, Feb. 1, 1:17 p.m., 1300 block Virginia Ave., “warrant service, officer out with wanted subject,” 28-year old Jacob Stanton Potter arrested on CBPD warrant and additionally charged with Probation Violation.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Screaming
According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Thursday, Feb. 1, 9:29 p.m., 2400 block Broadway Ave., “warrant service,” 911 report of suspicious circumstances / female screaming ‘get away from’.  Officers responded to location, contacted male that was wanted out of NBPD,” 27-year old Matthew T. Garner, North Bend, charged with Failure to Appear on Possession of Meth.  “Subjects at location advised there was verbal dispute and female that was screaming left prior to law enforcement arrival.”

DUII/Accident
According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Thursday, Feb. 1, 11:45 p.m., Broadway @ Public Square, “911 report of unknown injury MVA / vehicle vs. pole,” 25-year old Cassandra M. Garcia, Coos Bay, cited for DUII – Alcohol (BAC 0.12%).  Also charged with DWS Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Passenger, 20-year old male from Coos Bay, transported by ambulance to BAH and warned for MIP-Alcohol.  Vehicle was towed.

Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Friday, Feb. 2, 3201 Tremont, Mill Casino, “Casino request officer for trespassed subject,” 53-year old Douglas C. Murray, Reedsport, cited for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
