“Avengers assemble!” Coos Bay Public Library will be holding a Superhero Training Day on Saturday April 19th from 3-5pm. Discover and hone your superhero skills with an agility course, feats of strength and super-refreshments. Create your own superhero look with custom masks and capes. Heroes ages 4-12 are welcome… villains beware. Come to the Coos Bay Public Library and enjoy a family friendly event celebrating Earth Day. The storytelling talents of Margaret Partner are sure to captivate the whole family. The event will be held in the Children’s Department at the Coos Bay Public Library on Tuesday, April 22nd at 4:00pm. Calling Young Authors! Pre-K through high school writers are invited to share their work at the Coos Bay Library from 1:00-2:30 on Saturday, April 26. The 9th Annual Young Authors’ Tea is sponsored by the Driftwood Reading Council and the Friends of the Coos Bay Library.
