CCSO report, April 17

Warrant/Bare Foot
Cape Arago Hwy. CCSO release – On April 15, 2018, at about 12:38 AM, deputies observed a female, later identified as Deanna Solinger, walking barefoot down the middle of Cape Arago HWY. Deputies contacted Solinger about walking down the middle of the road. A records check revealed Solinger had several outstanding warrants for her arrest. Solinger,45 years old of Coos Bay, was arrested on the warrants and transported to the Coos County Jail. Solinger was booked on the following charges from the warrants: Resisting Arrest, (3) Counts of Disorderly Conduct II, Harassment, and Fail to Appear in the 2nd Degree. Solginer was held on $25,000 Bail.

Warrant/Stolen Checks
Newmark Rd. CCSO release – On April 16th, 2018 at 3:25pm, a Coos County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was traveling east bound on Newmark Road, North Bend, Coos County, Oregon, when the Deputy recognized Adam F. Rodgers, walking west bound on Newmark. The Deputy checked 36-year old Adam F. Rodgers, Coos Bay, through the state and national data base. The Deputy learned Adam F. Rodgers had an active warrant out for his arrest for a Parole Violation out of Douglas County, Oregon. The Deputy contacted Adam F. Rodgers and took him into custody without incident. A North Bend Police Officer arrived on scene shortly after. Upon a consent search of Adam F. Rodgers backpack, four stolen check books were located. The North Bend Police Officer that arrived on scene happened to be the investigating officer for two of the stolen check books. The North Bend Police Officer seized two of the stolen check books. The other two stolen check books were seized for further investigation by the Deputy. Adam F. Rodgers was transported to the Coos County Jail on the warrant. Adam F. Rodgers was held without bail. This arrest was made with the assistance of the North Bend Police Department.

DUII
Hwy. 101 CCSO release – On April 14, 2018, at about 12:07 AM, deputies were dispatched to the area of the Old LNL Lumber Outlet building off Highway 101 in Coos Bay. This was for a report of a car that pulled over and the driver was vomiting. The caller stated it appeared the driver may be passed out now. Deputies arrived and attempted to contact the driver but were unable to wake him. After several minutes, the driver awoke and spoke with deputies. The driver, Jared Jones, admitted to drinking at a friend’s house and attempting to drive home to North Bend. Jones admitted he did not feel safe driving and pulled over here. After an investigation, deputies arrested Jones for DUII and transported him to the Coos County Jail. At the jail, Jones provided a breath sample. Jones’s BAC was .13. Jones, 26 years old of North Bend, was booked into the jail for DUII and later released.
