Call to Order; 2. Review of the Following Council/URA Agenda for May 1, 2018; a. Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 Expansion and Upgrade Project Quarterly Status; b. Update for the Fats, Oil, and Grease Reduction Program; c. Approval of the Arbor Day Proclamation; d. Approval of an Empire District Minor Plan Amendment – Approval Would Require Adoption of Resolution 18-03; e. Discussion of Possible 4th Street Improvements; f. Approval of the Re-designation of the Bay Area Enterprise Zone – Approval Would Require Adoption of Resolution 18-14; 3. Executive Session – The Urban Renewal Agency will now meet in an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2) (e) for the purpose of discussing real property negotiations; 4. Adjourn.
