18th Century replicas of Tall Ships have arrived in the Bay Area for an annual visit. The Lady Washington and the Hawaiian Chieftain are docked in downtown Coos Bay and open for tours as well as mock battle cruises in Coos Bay. A ribbon cutting ceremony by the Bay Area Ambassadors is scheduled for Friday, May 2nd, 4 p.m. Both ships will leave Coos Bay on May 12. The Lady Washington will head for Newport, while the Hawaiian Chieftain goes to Garibaldi.
