Two Coos Co. Properties before the DSL, May 5

The State Land Board will hold a special meeting via telephone conference on May 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.  At the meeting, the Board will consider approval for the Department of State Lands (DSL) to execute documents to grant permanent access over existing rights-of-way owned by DSL to benefit the Benson Ridge tract and Adams Ridge 1 tract in Coos County.  On December 10, 2013, the State Land Board approved the sale of these two tracts of Common School lands; and on April 11, 2014, DSL received a purchase offer for these land parcels.  Members of the public may listen to the meeting in the Land Board Room at the Department of State Lands, 775 Summer St NE, Salem. Public testimony will not be taken during the meeting.  This meeting will be held in a facility that is accessible for persons with disabilities.
