Spitting
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 27, 12:07 p.m., 2700 block Broadway Ave. “male previously trespassed was on property and spit on their sign, they request he be cited,” 35-year old Thomas Howell cited for Criminal Trespass II and Dog at Large, No Dog License.  “Permanently trespassed from McDonalds (NB).  He was warned for Disorderly Conduct, and Littering (he threw the cites in the bushes.”

Counterfeit $100
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 27, 9:12 p.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “RP reported male subject attempted to pass counterfeit $100 bill,: 32-year old Jesse D. Oberst charged with Probation Violation, “subject will be referred to DA for Forgery I and was permanently trespassed from location.”  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 27, 10:15 p.m., 1000 block State St., “RP reported suspicious vehicle and multiple subjects at location, officers responded, located multiple subjects,” 30-year old Robert L. Wilson, Bandon, charged with Probation Violation, “subject will be referred to DA for PCS Heroin.”  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
