According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 7:13 a.m., 700 block Lewis St., “RP reported subjects at her families residence trespassing while they’re away, officers respond/located wanted subject in the brush that had left the residence on foot.” Forty-two year old Timothy Wayne Ashmus, North Bend served CCSO warrant charging Probation Violation on Dangerous Drugs, also permanently Trespassed from location. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 2:35 p.m., 2200 block Ohio St., “RP reported coming home to his door kicked in. Officers respond and cleared the building / unable to locate anyone inside, investigation continuing.”
MIP
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 2:43 p.m., 900 block Newmark St., “officer contacted male subject who denied consent search on a backpack. Owner than admonished to the contents, officer uncovered Less than an Oz. Marijuana, small amount of alcohol and firecrackers (Class 2 Explosive) inside.” Nineteen year old Jamie Michael Holling, Coos Bay, cited for MIP Alcohol and PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana. Released in lieu of custody.
Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 4:24 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “officer observed subject previously trespassed at location.” Thirty-nine year old Terry Allen Paiva, Coos Bay, cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 9 p.m., 2600 block Highway Ave., “RP reported female subject in her basement. RP has gun on her.” Fifty-four year old Becky Ann Music, Coos Bay, taken into custody for Criminal Trespass I and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Subjects permanently trespassed from Public Square property.” Thirty-one year old Amber Marston, North Bend, and 29-year old Ryan Lunsford, North Bend, both cited for Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. Warned for Offensive Littering.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 19, 11:01 p.m., “OSP Jackson County served our valid warrants on:” 45-year old Robert James Utterback, North Bend, charging Unlawful Use Weapon, Felon Possession Weapon and Menacing. Also Failure to Appear I, Contempt of Court, and two-counts of Violation of Restraining Order.
