SALEM, Ore. – The State Land Board will hear reports on the performance of the Common School Fund and the performance of Common School Fund land assets during its April 9 meeting in Salem. The Oregon Investment Council will update the Board on Common School Fund investments for 2018. The Department of State Lands will provide a 2018 summary of the financial performance of Common School Fund trust lands. The Board will also consider: Authorizing initial due diligence for the sale of 15 acres of land at North Tongue Point in Clatsop County; Authorizing the sale of 158 acres of land and subsurface mineral rights in Wallowa County; Authorizing initiation of rulemaking to restrict overnight use on the state-owned riverbanks and islands of the Willamette River within the city of Eugene.
