PENDLETON, Ore. – The Oregon Recreational Trails Advisory Council (ORTAC) will meet April 19th, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute, 47106 Wildhorse Blvd, Pendleton. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda includes presentations from local trail advocates and land managers about regional trail projects, plans, and initiatives. The council is made up of seven volunteer members representing the five congressional districts and two coastal representatives. Members are appointed by the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Commission. The council holds quarterly meetings in different locations across the state.
