Quakes, May 6

Rock & Roll at the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Sunday, May 5.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, all of the action was on the outer fault lines where three significant quakes were recorded west of Ferndale, CA, near Cape Mendocino.  One quake was a magnitude 3.2, while the others were 4.3 & 4.8.  There was also a 3.3 in the area, and a 2.8 west of Petrolia, CA.  No tsunamis waves were created.
