Blue Tooth Theft
A report of a “theft of Blue Tooth item from store,” Thursday, June 5, 1:39 p.m., 1511 Virginia Ave., led to a citation in lieu of arrest. According to an entry on the North Bend Police log, 36-year old Michael Paul Vincent, Coos Bay, charged with Theft III and “permanently trespassed from all Mall property.”
Refused to Leave
A daughter who reportedly refused “to leave the residence, June 5, 5:46 p.m., 2500 Ash St., led to a warrant arrest. According to an entry on the North Bend Police log, 20-year old Alexis M. Bergquist, North Bend, taken into custody on Marion Co. warrant. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Criminal Mischief
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, June 6, 9:48 p.m., 2000 block Meade St., “dispute, RP’s friend’s neighbor slammed his car door into hers and is refusing to give her his information.” Thirty-four year old Brandon Albright, North Bend, arrested on charge of Criminal Mischief II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, June 6, 11:17 p.m., 2000 block Meade St., 60-year old Michael M. Bradis, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for DUII (BAC 0.13%). Warned for No Operator’s License and PCS Less than Oz. Marijuana, seized for destruction. Vehicle was secured on scene and keys were released to the passenger. Subject was released to a sober party.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, June 7, 12:07 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “criminal trespass in progress,” 37-year old Douglas J. Reed, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, and arrested on Florence warrant charging DUII. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
