North Coos Waterfront won its second straight ‘A’ American Legion Baseball State Championship with one win out-of-two against Alpenrose Dairy Wednesday at Legion Field in Roseburg. Alpenrose Dairy needed to win both games against the Waterfront and they took the first game 7-6 giving North Coos its first loss. The second game was all Waterfront 12-2.
