North Bend Police are turning to the public for assistance in locating 69-year old Kim Simpsom Griffin, of North Bend. The descendant of the founder of the city was last seen at his Airport Heights home on Friday, August 23 about 6 p.m. “Griffin is listed as Missing/Endangered and is believed to be suicidal.” He may be in possession of a knife. Griffin was last seen wearing a black or dark colored ball cap, black shirt, black or dark in color pants and white tennis shoes. He is about 5-10, 130 lbs., with gray beard and hair.
