Coos Bay Parks Commission, June 19

The Coos Bay Parks Commission will meet on Thursday, June 19, 2014, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, City Hall Conference Room, 500 Central Avenue. AGENDA: 1. Call to Order – Roll Call – Approval of the Minutes – February 20, 2014; 2. Citizen Input / Public Comment – This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Parks Commission’s attention, any items not otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items. 3. Unfinished Business – • Friends of Mingus Park – Meeting with Christine and Randy. Christine will update the commission. • KBCY PR meeting on April 7th. Christine and Randy attended at 9:30am. • Mingus Pool – Grant status. Grant was due April 4th. 4. New Business: • Mingus Community Pool Rehabilitation Project; 5. Commissioner’s Closing Comments; 6. Adjournment – Meeting will adjourn at 5:00 p.m.
