After an outstanding 2014 season, the Oregon softball coaches were named the NFCA Pacific Region Coaching Staff of the Year for the second straight time.  Head coach Mike White and assistant coach Chelsea Spencer were on the staff that was given the same honor last year while assistant coach Jimmy Kolaitis, volunteer assistant coach Mike Roberts and director of operations Megan Murphy are first-time winners.  The NFCA named the Kentucky coaches their national staff of the year while also awarding winners in 10 regions. Oregon’s staff joins Oklahoma, Michigan and Nebraska as the only back-to-back honorees.
