Crater of Central Point won the Army Strong Coast Classic Wrestling Tournament at North Bend Saturday. The annual meet features some of the best wrestlers and teams throughout Oregon’s high school classification system. Thirty-four participated in the two-day event. Marshfield’s Tandy Martin led the local Bay Area charge by winning his 170 lb. weight class. The senior beat Ethan Miller of No. Medford in the finals with an injury at 4:51 into the match. Marshfield placed 21st while Reedsport was seventh and North Bend 33rd.
