According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Dec. 16, 7:54 a.m., 2500 block Ash St., “RP reported theft of purse & firearm from vehicle sometime overnight / officer respond, report taken.” At 3:02 p.m., 2000 block Grant St., “report of theft from vehicle / officer contacted RP, advised theft.”
