Coos Bay Public Library will be holding a series of FREE SAMPLE FITNESS EVENTS in January. The general public is invited to come try fitness classes being offered by local businesses. Class sizes are limited, and will be on a first come first serve basis, no registration required. The classes include: • Zumba on January 6th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m, all ages welcome. • Self-Defense on January 11th from 3:00 – 5:00 pm, ages 8+. • Yoga on January 13th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m, ages 12+. • PiYo on January 27th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m, all ages welcome. Classes will be presented by Downtown Health & Fitness, Northwest Martial Arts, and Mossy Lotus.
