Bay City Duals 2020, Jan. 27

Marshfield hosted the Bay City Duals 2020 wrestling tournament Saturday at the Pirate Palace in Coos Bay. The host team had too many forfeits and fell 1-4 in head-to-head competition. Glide won the first match 54-11, Siuslaw the second match 60-18, & No. Valley 48-17 in the third match. The Pirates lost to Sheldon in the Consolation bracket 42-13, but bettered Myrtle Pt. 30-12 in the Consolation 3rd place match. Peyton Forbes (152) and Josh Hinds (170) went unbeaten in their matches to lead Marshfield.
